WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR PROCESSING THE RETURN?

You have 14 days for filling in and sending to us the Return Form, counting from the date of receiving the delivery. Then send the parcel to us immediately.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MAKING THE RETURN?

Yes, you incur the costs of returning the item.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE MONEY FOR THE RETURNED ITEM?

After we accept the return (an item must be in an ideal condition and must have a tag/label), we will immediately inform you of this and return the money to the bank account from which you paid for the goods.
